Beth Goodwin is a trailblazer in translating the principles of athletic training into the workplace, leading innovative injury prevention strategies that protect and empower industrial athletes. As the Director of Safety Services for TRS Worksite Solutions, Beth combines her deep expertise as a nationally certified Athletic Trainer with advanced safety and ergonomics credentials to deliver cutting-edge solutions that reduce injury risk and enhance workforce performance.
Recognized by the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission as an Approved Professional Safety Source (APSS), Beth holds national certifications as an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, Associate Safety Professional (ASP), and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Her multidisciplinary background uniquely positions her to bridge the gap between Sports Medicine and Industrial Safety.
Beth earned her Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Ouachita Baptist University, where she was also a collegiate softball pitcher. She further advanced her knowledge with a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Henderson State University, becoming a licensed and certified Athletic Trainer in 2013.
Initially focused on athletic injury prevention—developing ACL prevention and return-to-play programs for high school and collegiate athletes—Beth quickly recognized that industrial workers deserve the same proactive care and attention. Since joining TRS in 2014, she has been instrumental in pioneering workplace injury prevention programs tailored to industrial athletes, educating employees on safe movement, ergonomics, and health promotion strategies.
Beth leads by example, combining her passion for sports and safety to inspire healthier, more resilient workforces. She stays actively involved in the baseball and softball community, and she is the proud wife to Ronnie and mother of Hayes.
