Meet the Team

Madeline Beck is a dedicated Physical Therapist with a passion for improving workplace health through evidence-based treatment, injury assessments, and injury prevention strategies. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University, building a strong foundation in human movement and performance.

Motivated by a desire to help others and inspired early on by her mother’s meaningful career in physical therapy, Madeline found her professional calling in supporting individuals through hands-on care and functional recovery. Her interest in the industrial setting stems from its dynamic nature—it’s a field that challenges her to think creatively, learn continuously, and deliver solutions in an environment where physical performance matters most.

Madeline’s professional interests include ergonomic assessments, injury evaluations, and individualized treatment plans that help employees recover and return to work safely. She takes pride in working directly with both frontline employees and leadership teams to foster healthier, more productive workplaces.

Outside of work, Madeline enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and baking. She is married, has a stepson, and is excited to welcome a baby girl to the family soon.
