Sandy Greeson is a strategic and forward-thinking leader with over 30 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in innovative, evidence-based approaches to workforce injury prevention and employee safety. As Co-Owner and Director of Injury & Illness Prevention Services at TRS Wellness, she has been instrumental in designing and implementing programs that redefine how organizations manage workplace risk, physical demands, and musculoskeletal health.

With a clinical background in sports medicine and outpatient orthopedics, Sandy brings a deep understanding of the connection between human performance and injury prevention. Her expertise in ergonomics, human-centered design, and task-specific controls positions her as a trusted partner for employers seeking to protect their workforce, improve operational outcomes, and meet regulatory standards.

Sandy is nationally certified as an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, Essential Functions Evaluator, Certified Employment Testing Specialist, Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, and Certified Clinical Instructor. She is also recognized by the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission as an Approved Professional Safety Source (APSS).

A pioneer in Physical Demands Analysis (PDA), Sandy has helped employers across multiple industries develop legally defensible job descriptions, injury prevention strategies, and safety-sensitive job role determinations based on essential function analysis. Her expertise includes:
